FM 200

FM-200 is a clean, colourless, and environmentally friendly fire suppression agent that is electrically non-conductive and safe for humans. It extinguishes flames primarily through heat absorption, leaving no residue, thus minimizing downtime after a fire and making FM-200 suppression systems accepted and respected worldwide with over hundred thousands installations in more than around the world.

  • FM200 fire suppression which is also known as HFC227ea, is a waterless fire protection system, it start works within 10 seconds and control the fire immediately. FM200 gas is considered to be the safest fire fighting system for occupied areas.

These include:

  1. Data Processing Centers
  2. Telephone Switches
  3. Process Control Rooms
  4. Art and Historical Collection
  5. Facilities where water damage from sprinklers must be avoided at all costs

Advantages:
FM-200® Fire Suppression agent was the first environmentally acceptable replacement for Halon 1301. and has low global warming potential and an atmospheric lifetime from 31 to 42 years. With Zero ODP It is particularly useful where an environmentally acceptable agent is essential.

  • Benefits:
  1. Fast & effective
  2. No significant reduction in oxygen levels
  3. Clean gaseous agent leaving no residue
  4. Zero ozone depleting potential
  5. Low global warming potential
  6. Short atmospheric life span
  7. Electronically non-conductive
  8. Safe for use in fully occupied areas
  9. Minimal storage volume requirement
  10. Versatile range of containers, nozzle and ancillaries
  11. Extensively tested, recognized and approved worldwide
  12. Effective on site installation

Montreal Agreement in1986 and decided to stop using halon extinguishing agent. So The FM200 suppression agent  became the preferred alternative as a  Non-toxic fire suppression agent & still has a reputation in the fire fighting field as a relatively environmentally friendly fire suppression agent

The system consist of storage cylinder, liquid agent, high-pressure hose/s, header pipe, selective valve, network, nozzle and automatic fire detection & suppression actuoated sys.

– Co2

Carbon dioxide or CO2 Is electrically non-conductive gas, which means higher efficiency to control fires. The Carbon dioxide or CO2 fire fighting system promises the little interruption to your building and the contained staff, as its gas and actually there`s no clean-up is need after using this system.
It depends on its working mechanism producing heavy blanket of gas to control fires by reducing oxygen levels.
It`s available in different sizes, ask about the best Co2 fire fighting system for your property.Where to use CO2 fire suppression system?
It ca be effectively applied on a wide range of flammable and combustible materials, ad clients can use it for fire Class A, B and C hazards.
Examples:-
Liquid storage places
Electrical places
Rooms include engines

Why to use CO2 fire suppression system?
Supper effective
Can be used over a wide variety of hazards
No clean-up costs
Little damage on your property

– IN PANEL (MICRO)

Panel inside Extinguishing Systems as can be understood from its name generally used for electric panel and similar small volumes. These systems are divided into two as direct and indirect. Together with that gas used as extinguisher is HFC 236 in both, the difference is due to extinguisher line is installed by tubing or piping. At the time system works, if it is wanted, this information can be seen from central sensing system present in the plant. The capacities of the tubes that used in this system are 1kg, 2kg, 4kg, 6kg and 12kg.

– 3M  NOVEC

Novec1230 is environment friendly, resperable, having a wide implementation area clean gaseous extinguishing systems. These gasses that are developed instead of halon gas, extinguish the fire in a very short time decreasing oxygen concentration to a level sufficient for human health. There is no harm to human health in design concentrations. There is no effect to global warming or environment.
